In this article,elastic-plastic curved crack tip opening displacement maximum in hardened material under dynamic load has been studied,and curved crack tip opening displacement has been calculated as a practical application of a second order perturbation method and theorem of surname KA,where the effects of dynamic applied stresses and dynamic normal and shear stresses on the boundaries of plastic area are synthetically taken into considerations. Diagrams have been constructed to analyz the transformation relationships between the curved crack tip opening displacement and the work hardening exponents. Curved crack tip opening displacement will decrease with the increasing of hardening exponents in hardened material. The decrease extent of curved crack tip dynamic opening displacement will be more and more severe when hardening exponents increase evenly. Maximum dynamic opening displacement of curved crack tip will decrease when external load decrease with the same hardening exponents.

To analyze a certain type of trees crusher working condition,to consider the limitation of electric,the motor driven pulverizer can only work in a fixed place. Therefore,a set of hydraulic system is used to replace the motor. So it can get rid of electricity,and move conveniently,applying to the suburbs,parks,roadsides,which means expanding the range of application. Secondly,in view of the pulverizer speed higher than the motor speed,it is necessary to add the auxiliary speed regulating device. Besides, to adjust speed is more troublesome,and the hydraulic motor can directly drive the pulverizer. Therefore to adjust the flow of the hydraulic motor can change the speed of the pulverizer. In addition,base on the characteristics of work start,and stop,with a long time,big moment of inertia for Pulverizer,and it is the growth process of the motor driving pulverizer. The rotary inertia equivalent to the motor end will increase the square of the reduce ratio,and the load of the machine obviously. Driving by hydraulic motor straightly,and this problem will be avoided. Finally,in the light of the large start-up torque,and the high speed at working time of the pulverizer,the constant power pumps is choosed to meet the work demand. Constant power pumps can adjust the flow and pressure according to the different load automatically,thus more energy are saved. Hydraulic system simulation model is established based on the AMESim simulation,which verify the scheme is feasible.

Based on the 2K-V type of product structure tree,the mapping of the structure tree to the hierarchical skeleton feature tree is completed and the modeling of the product's 3D cascade skeleton is built with Pro / E skeleton Technology. The skeleton model is the basis of assembly,then to build the framework of the model's cascade constraints and to realize the whole model driven by the top skeleton parameters. The designers can build new models in the design of the similar structure through the rapid variant design of top skeleton parameters.

In the process of building this bearing FEM,the following parameters have been well considered,such as boundary conditions,friction,contaction,loads and so on. Through simulation,the corresponding equivalent stress nephograms and acceleration of nodes on the inner ring raceway has been obtained. According to features of acceleration which occurs neighbor to fault pit,bearing' s fault diagnosis has been realized. This paper provides a new way in monitoring bearing status and diagnosing fault of bearing.

Fused deposition molding is an advanced kind of rapid prototyping technology. On the accuracy of the forming process,the research on the temperature of the molding material is based on the analysis of the forming parameters. The influence of the temperature of the molding material on the specimen is reasonably described by the actual forming part and the finite element analysis model. The experimental results show that the temperature of the molding material is less affected by the temperature of the molding material in a certain range. This will lay the theoretical foundation for the formation of the molding technology in the future.

In field of rolling bearing fault diagnosis,the sampled bearing vibration signals will be generally disturbed with noise. In noisy environment,the conventional blind source separation method is not good for diagnosing bearing faults. In this paper,wavelet de-noising method and blind source separation technology have been combined. In order to achieve fault diagnosis of rolling bearing,firstly wavelet soft threshold de-noising method has been applied on sampled signals. Then the better robust JADE algorithm has been applied in signals blind source separation. At last,vibration signals bearing inner and outer faults of have been analyzed in this paper,and the corresponding bearing faults have been diagnosed successfully. The proposed research methods provide a new way for diagnosing rolling bearing's mixed faults under noise.
