In view of the demand for intelligent upgrading of quartz crucible manufacturing equipment, this study proposes a design scheme of large-scale quartz crucible feeding frame system with innovative structure, and analyzes the vibration characteristics of this structure in view of the large vibration and instability during operation. In order to study the relationship between the operating vibration and the natural frequency and avoid resonance, the calculated mode was analyzed via ANSYS Workbench, and the experimental mode results were obtained by using percussion test and compared with the calculated mode. It is concluded that the natural frequencies of the first six orders of the large quartz crucible feeding frame are between 5.13 and 23.29, and the main deformation is distributed at the end of the turning mechanism. The analysis results show that the first-order natural frequency of the system has a safety margin of 1.55 times comparing with the working frequency of the drive motor(12 Hz), which effectively avoids the risk of resonance. The feeding frame adopts a double-column truss composite structure, and the layout of the specially designed stiffener network and high-precision guide rails ensures the lightweight structure and significantly improves the dynamic stability of the system. The practical effect of the large-scale quartz crucible feeding frame shows that the structural design is successful, and has reference significance for the structural design of the same type of automatic manufacturing equipment.

In the traditional manufacturing industry system, the ceramic industry occupies an important position due to its unique technological characteristics. As the core equipment for the production of artistic and daily-use ceramics, the intermittent kiln has become an indispensable key link in the industry by virtue of its advantage of flexibly adapting to the production of multiple varieties in small batches. However, the current operation mode of ceramic intermittent kilns faces severe challenges: although instrument control has been initially achieved, the dependence on on-site manual operation and supervision, combined with the characteristics of small-scale and workshop-style production, has led to widespread blind spots in supervision and numerous safety risks. Existing technologies mainly focus on the improvement of the kiln structure and the optimization of local control, which is difficult to meet the complex requirements of collaborative management and control of multiple kilns. The centralized ceramic kiln management and control device proposed in this paper deeply integrates Internet of Things technology and constructs an intelligent management system covering the entire ceramic production area. By collecting and transmitting the operation data of the kiln in real time, this device not only enables all-weather precise monitoring of the state of the intermittent kiln, but also has the functions of intelligent accident warning and remote control, providing a new technical path and practical model for the intelligent and safe development of the ceramic industry.

Brominated flame retardants(BFRs), have been extensively utilized in modern industry, contaminate aquatic ecosystems. They exhibit bioaccumulation and biomagnification properties, posing significant risks to human health, such as developmental disorders, endocrine disruption, and other adverse effects. Current treatment methods for BFRs encompass chemical, electrochemical, biological, and advanced oxidation processes(AOPs). Among them, AOPs are particularly notable for their stability, ease of control, and production of clean end-products. This paper focuses on employing a titanium dioxide(TiO_2) photocatalytic system to investigate the degradation of 2,4,6-tribromophenol(TBP).
